Ukrainian women, social project (Germany, Osnabrueck)

The idea for the project was born in the early spring of 2022, when I started taking portraits of Ukrainian women. Communication with my subjects helped and inspired me. Our conversations gave me the inspiration to continue creating, to believe in myself and in people.

I hope that thanks to the project the viewer will get acquainted with the stories of Ukrainian women, their thoughts and experiences. 

The photo project includes women who are very different in age, place of residence, profession, but who suddenly faced a common sorrow - war. Each of them has her own story, her own thoughts and emotions, but in our conversations we talked about those feelings that gave her the strength to survive, that inspired her, that helped her to see the world in a different way, and that still help her to live.
